One size never fits all when it comes to our health. That’s why some people can eat certain foods while others can’t. Some treatments work for some people but not for others. When it comes to health we are all completely different inside and out. There is a perfect explanation for this — we were all born in different areas of the world and were carried for nine months by someone we call Mother.
Your mother has everything to do with your health. Your mother is responsible for the nutritional profile you are born with. Think about your mom for a minute and ask yourself these questions:
Where did mom live — in the city or the country? Did she drink well water or city water? Was she a single mom? Did she drink alcohol or take drugs, legal or illegal? How old was she? Did she work or was she a stay-at-home mom? What child were you in the birth order? Was she healthy or ill when she carried you? Was she under a lot of stress?
All of these questions add up to big answers when it comes to your health! One big reason is that you get your lifetime supply of minerals from your mom. She can’t give you what she doesn’t have. Everything affects our balance of minerals and we deplete them long before we should, especially if you live a high stress or physically stressed life.
You’re born with minerals. Your body doesn’t make nor can it store minerals. It uses minerals for fuel to keep our bodies working. That’s why we need fresh fruits, veggies and clean water in our body every day, especially as we age. And we are aging far too quickly. Your body can’t uptake a single vitamin without the essential minerals your body has to have. You can’t stay well without them either.
