Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds include a 30% restock fee. Standard installation is included with purchase. Customer’s home must include easy access to water main shut·off(s). Examples NOT included in standard installation:
- Trenchwork
- Removal of old systems
- Extensive plumbing/additional lines.
Work that falls outside of “standard installation” will charge $150/hr. Installation charges are not refundable. Self installation voids the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
