Have you ever marveled at how incredible the cells in our bodies are? What our cells do and how they function to keep us going is truly miraculous. Our cells are the key to why we experience poor health and why, eventually, we die. Let’s look at the basics of cells and their regeneration.
Since our cells are 90% water, our water quality is very important. Water, H2O, is two molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen. Most people know how vital oxygen is, but what about hydrogen? Hydrogen is the most abundant element on the planet, and in fact, in the universe. Hydrogen makes water powerful. The smallest element on the periodic table, hydrogen reminds us of the saying “dynamite comes in small packages.”
From the time of our birth until we die, our cells are undergoing change. It takes our bodies nine months to form and be ready for birth. It takes much longer than that for us to age, for our bodies to wear out, and for us to eventually die. We start as one cell from our mother and one cell from our father, and then the miracle begins. Cells divide, replicate, and our brains, organs and limbs form in an amazing progression until we are fully formed and ready to leave the womb. This process happens because our cells contain all the blueprints needed to make us and to sustain us. How brilliant is our creator God.
Note that when we are being formed in the womb, we are given a supply of minerals that will last our whole life. Our bodies do not make minerals, nor can they store them. Minerals are used to create energy so the cells can do the various processes they do every day of our life without one thought from us! Cells are indeed brilliant!
Death is just as much a process as is birth. The beginning of the process of dying starts with menopause or man-o-pause, because, yes, men go through an aging process too! Your body begins to run out of minerals, and we all go through the process of aging. Here is how this happens: As we age, our 35 TRILLION cell walls eventually accumulate a thick mucus membrane around them. The body is preparing itself for life to end. I call it mineral pause! Because that’s exactly what happens — you just flat run out of minerals! We all go through this process, and it is simple once you understand how the body works. We all come into this world as one fertilized cell, built from one cell from mom, and one cell from dad creating you, the new human being.
(This could be a place to stop and begin the second part as below. You could say at the end of the paragraph above: We will cover more about this topic in our next article.)
Before you were born, you grew in your mother’s womb for 9 months. Your mother’s health and circumstances impacted your life. Think of these questions: Was your mom well when she carried you? Or did she have a disease, such as cancer, diabetes, or something else? Did she smoke or drink or use drugs, legal or illegal? Was she living in the country eating food raised on the farm? What was the water source she used? Did she live in the city, drinking water treated with various chemicals to improve its quality? If she lived in the city, did she eat processed, packaged, and canned foods? What work did she do? Was she exposed to chemicals as some women in WWII were when working in factories making bombs? Many toxic chemicals were in use long before the harmful effects were known. Many worked where radium was used, and many other toxic chemicals were in use long before anyone knew the harmful, long-term effects. Watch the movie “Radium Girls” for more details!
Was your mom a single mom? This is particularly a factor if mom was born in the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, even the early 50’s. It was considered very shameful to become pregnant in those days if you weren’t married. Many young women were sent away from home and put under tremendous pressure and stress because of being pregnant without being married. It is truly sad, that at a time when a woman, especially a young woman, needed a mother, she wasn’t there to help her daughter. To be among strangers and going through having a baby, especially the first time, in those days was beyond stressful. Years ago, there were no drugs to ease the pain of childbirth. I never had drugs with any of my births because I didn’t want my babies’ taking drugs before they were even born!
Your birth order may be a factor in your long-term health and longevity. Were you baby number 1 or baby number 8 like I was? How old was your mom when you were born? A younger mom would have had a lot more minerals to give you. If you were born first, you got more minerals than your younger siblings, and that is why older children often outlive their younger siblings.
Your body’s mineral bank started out full thanks to your mom! As we grow and as we age, we tap that mineral bank. This is especially true if we are not making deposits along the way by eating mineral-rich food and drinking clean toxin-free water. Mom was far more than a 9-month incubator. Mom was giving you every single element needed to sustain a healthy, long life. I hope you think of and thank your mom, especially if you have good health. She couldn’t give what she herself didn’t have. We know so much more today about minerals, vitamins, foods, water filtration, chemicals, and toxins than they did years ago. So don’t be too hard on your mom or on yourself if you are a mother and didn’t know. My hope is to empower men and women, young and old with knowledge that can impact your health no matter your age. You will learn some things that may just turn your health around and get your cells dancing!
